A 50 kW rooftop solar plant at Parex Pharmaceuticals’ Mohali facility helps offset electricity used in pharmaceutical production and supporting building services.

Pharmaceutical production and storage need electricity for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), laboratory equipment and controlled environments. Parex wanted to reduce energy expenditure and environmental impact.
A 50 kW turnkey rooftop installation.
Ekam Energy delivered the plant using Tata Power Solar technology, with engineering and project execution tailored to the pharmaceutical facility.
Offset purchased energy on site.
Estimated annual generation of 65,000–70,000 units contributes to the facility’s electricity supply, reducing grid consumption and supporting cleaner production.
